Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the General ICU. This temporary full-time 14-week assignment offers a $75.00/hr pay rate with night shifts and no benefits.

Requires VA or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and 2+ years of ICU acute care experience. Be part of a Magnet-recognized system with a broad scope of specialties.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required.
• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale
• Two or more years of current acute care hospital ICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• We are caring for patients in a 16-bed General Intensive Care Unit with diagnoses including MI, dysrhythmias, post-procedures, GI bleeds, ARDS, vascular and complex surgeries.
