Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide comprehensive critical care, monitor critically ill patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care on 12-hour day shifts.

Requirements include one year of ICU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. CCRN and other relevant certifications are preferred to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients and monitor for changes.
• Administer complex medications and manage life-support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families about ICU processes and recovery expectations.
