Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Queen Creek, AZ. The ICU RN will provide critical care in a 13-week travel assignment, working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, ASAP start, at a facility in Queen Creek, AZ.

The role requires one year of ICU RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certification. Travel candidates with CCRN/TNCC/NIHSS or other critical care credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• CCRNs/TNCCs/NIHSS certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing subtle changes
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU standards
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment
• Document assessments and interventions with timely updates
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
