Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel nurse RN for ICU care in Fort Wayne, IN. This 13-week assignment involves 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts and travel benefits.

The ICU RN will assess and monitor critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and CCRN preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience or more.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments.
• Operate advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU settings.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.
