The ICU Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive critical care, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques.
• Operate advanced life support equipment.
• Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks.
