Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately for continuity of care.
• Provide education to patients and families about the ICU environment and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain infection control standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
