Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience or current practice in ICU.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes.
• Administer complex medications and therapies per ICU standards.
• Operate life-support equipment and monitor hemodynamics.
• Document care timely and accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality improvement.
