Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Decatur, TX. The role requires 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and an ASAP start.

In this ICU role, you will provide comprehensive critical care, monitor critically ill patients, operate advanced life-support devices, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience or equivalent required.
• Active RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments as per critical care protocols.
• Operate life-support equipment and interpret hemodynamic data.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and documentation in the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and recovery.
