Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Fort Smith, AR. You will assess critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications
• Preferred CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
• Operate life-support equipment and administer treatments.
• Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety.
