**Experience Required:**- Minimum of 2 years of experience- Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias- Handling Multi-system Organ Failure- Pre/Post Cardiac Catheterization/intervention- Management of Chronic/Acute Renal Failure- Management of Ventilated Patients and Ventilation Systems**Certifications Required:**- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)**Certifications Preferred:**- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)**Skills and Qualifications:**- Interpretation of Dysrhythmias- Management of Patients with Multi-system Organ Dysfunction/Failure- Arterial Line and Central Line Management- Blood Product Administration- Continuous IV Sedation- Titrating Cardiac and Vasoactive Drips- Care and Management of BiPAP/CPAP and High Flow Nasal Cannula- Infection Prevention and Isolation Precautions/PPE- Experience with Cerner Charting System- Managing IV Insulin Protocols**Licensure:**- License must be in hand prior to the start date; Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted.**Float Requirements:**- Willingness to float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby.
