Qualifications

• RN with ICU experience and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum two years of bedside clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission to craft individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with patient/family and Interdisciplinary team on teaching goals.
• Attend weekly team conferences and provide status updates.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Support patient rehabilitation and educate patients and families.
