TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Arcata, California. Immediate opening for ICU RN with 1-2 years acute care experience; 13 weeks, 36 hours/week, 12-hour days.

As an ICU Travel Nurse, you will provide direct life-support care, document progress, coordinate with physicians, and support patients' families. Travel role with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required.
• Travel RN assignment provides ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU patient bedside care and monitor patient status.
• Administer prescribed medications and document responses.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Operate ICU equipment and ensure device functionality.
• Communicate patient conditions to families.
