Position Description

Provide nursing care for patients with conditions such as DKA, Acute Respiratory Failure, MIs, CABGs, Ventilators, and post-op cardiovascular surgeries. The ICU setting includes cardiac and medical patient care, with a patient nurse ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for IMCU patients.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing, current RN License in state of employment or compact, BLS certification via AHA, ACLS certification via AHA, 2 years of experience in ICU or similar clinical setting.

Schedule

Nights shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, 48 hours per week guaranteed.

Additional Information

Must have experience with Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps, Impellas, Post-op Cardiovascular surgeries, and CRRT. No floating required. Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Certifications

BLS and ACLS required.
