Qualifications

• Massachusetts nursing license required or eligible at time of offer.
• CPR-AHA and ACLS-AHA certification.
• 2–3 years of ICU/critical care experience.
• Ventilator management and vasoactive titration skills.
• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation.
• Post STEMI care experience preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Manage ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Administer and titrate vasoactive and sedative medications.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with PACU/ED as needed during float shifts.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts (MA) nursing license (application permissible at time of offer), CPR-AHA, ACLS-AHA, ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, post STEMI care, with 2-3 years of related work experience. CCRN certification preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), step-down units, and Emergency Department for care of holding patients.
• Additional Information: Epic experience required. Must pass/Fail electrocardiogram and telemedicine tests on day-one orientation. Experience in ventilator management, vasoactive medication titration, and cardiac monitoring essential. This is a temporary staffing need for an 8-week period starting on 12/08/2026, with limited time off requests and a maximum of three days of return-to-office time.
