Job Details

• Position Type: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of a school of nursing; current RN license in state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor within 6 months of hire or transfer; One-year recent acute care RN experience in an operating room
• Responsibilities include ensuring patient needs are met, maintaining a quiet environment, promoting teamwork, upholding patient and staff privacy, accurate documentation, following infection control guidelines, conducting assessments, recognizing emergencies, administering medications, and participating in staff education and training
• Essential Skills include documentation, emergency response, medication administration, and patient education
• Additional Information: All associates must receive required vaccinations, with medical or religious exemptions possible; Adventist Health participates in E-Verify.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
