• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, associate degree required; bachelors degree preferred; current Colorado Registered Nurse Licensure or Compact license accepted (Colorado license must be obtained within the first 90 days of hire); current BLS, PALS (within 6 months of hire), ACLS (within 6 months of hire), and successful completion of EKG course (within 4 months of hire); at least 0 years of experience (or as specified), with minimum of 1 year ICU/Inpatient experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an ICU or inpatient setting; strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills; active listening skills; basic computer knowledge.
• Additional Information: The nurse must be willing to care for patients ranging from newborns to end of life, with an emphasis on patient safety, clinical assessment, and adherence to policies and procedures. Use of EMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record), including scanning medications and armbands, is required. No parking costs and scrub colors are provided.
