Qualifications

• DC license required for submission.
• Must float to multiple units.
• Local & travel allowed; local within 60 miles.
• 12 months gap rule between Aya MedStar program placements.
• Pre-employment modules and certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Float to ICU units including SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU and related overflow areas.
• Provide specialized care for ICU/IMC boarders across the house.
• Adhere to alarm management and critical care protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.
