MedPro Healthcare Staffing is hiring a travel nurse RN for the ICU in Washington, D.C. This travel position offers a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, including 12-hour night shifts. Candidates must have an active RN license and experience in an Acute Care ICU.

Qualifications

• Must have an Active RN License and BLS & ACLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
• Strong skills in critical care nursing and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as well as education and support to the patient’s family.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment.
• Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately.
