Job Summary

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located on the 3rd Floor of a healthcare facility. This overnight shift offers an opportunity to provide specialized critical care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including medical, neuro, and cardiovascular surgery patients.

Job Details

Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift

Schedule: 36 hours per week

Start Date: 10/12/2026

End Date: 01/11/2027

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• ACLS
• BLS
• NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Ability to pass medication and math competency test with a 90% score
• Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN/SCRN certification
• Experience in open heart recovery
• CRRT knowledge

Additional Information

The unit has 38 beds with patient ratios of 2/3:1. Equipment includes vents, hemodynamics, and CRRT is a plus. The team cares for a mixed patient population predominantly medical, but also neuro surgery and cardiovascular surgery cases. Candidates should adhere to hospital dress code, wearing black scrubs, without hoodies.
