The role involves providing specialized critical care for ICU patients, with 12-hour night shifts and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Candidates must hold ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, a valid license, and around 1.5 years ICU experience.

Onboarding occurs quickly with onsite orientation; private housing or housing allowance and comprehensive benefits are included as part of a travel package.
