Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ICU experience required.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical judgment.
• Proficiency in ventilator and hemodynamic management.
• Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced environments.
• Clear communication and compassionate patient/family education.
