Job summary

Brookside Mechanical Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing NH team.

The ideal candidate will independently install furnaces and condensing units (with a helper) and travel within NH, MA, and ME, delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30–$40, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for top candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record in Heating and Cooling Systems
• 2+ years of Residential HVAC Experience
• Strong Desire to Grow
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate with clients about the condition of their HVAC systems
• Offer personalized solutions based on the client’s unique needs
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify repair, maintenance, or replacement opportunities
• Perform and document all necessary testing during maintenance visits
• Maintain a strong sense of organization and time management
• Guide clients through their options to help them make informed decisions
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
