Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Certifications: ACLS, BLS
  2. Skills and Experience: ER, ICU, MS TELE, NICU, Pediatrics, Women's Services, Code Management, De-escalation techniques, Emergency preparedness, Rapid response teams, HIPAA compliance, documentation related to patient death, Discharge AMA, Fitness for duty, Risk management, Sentinel event monitoring and reporting, Experience managing narcotic diversion, Project management (EMR conversions, equipment implementation, staffing, scheduling), Clinical expertise, Incident reporting, Infection control, Isolation procedures, IV starts, Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DPH, TJC, OSHA), Organizational escalation, Root Cause Analysis, Supervising nursing care, Workplace safety, Productivity standards, Labor laws (FMLA), Performance improvement tools.
Job Details
  • Pay: $2658 - $2862 per week
