Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Second verification for hazardous medications and processing TPN medications.
• Product preparation verification for non-hazardous and hazardous compounds.
• Compounding non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous medications.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are completed and tracked.
• Experience with MedKeeper for daily cleans is preferred.
• Strong clinical experience and understanding of pharmacy operations.
