Job summary

Excel Medical Staffing is seeking an Allied - Pharmacist for Mercy Hospital Springfield on a travel assignment. The clinician will work nights (4x10) across multiple facilities, starting 08/24/2026 and ending 11/23/2026.

This 13-week engagement offers direct patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and landscape-wide travel across the United States. Licensed pharmacists with BLS/CPR certification and strong communication skills are required; ACLS/PALS as needed.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in relevant states.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS/PALS as required by specialty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments.
