LeaderStat is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The position is a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts, starting 12/22/2025 and ending 3/23/2026.
Travel employment with competitive weekly pay is offered. Requirements include a minimum of 18 months of full-time RN experience, recent clinical experience, current state licensure, and current certifications such as BLS/ACLS.

- Minimum of 18 months experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse.
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
