Job summary
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in St. Paul, MN. You will provide and document skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes per the physician-ordered plan, with travel to appointments as needed.
The role requires an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and CPR certification where applicable. TB testing, health certificate, and regulatory compliance are mandated before assignment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
- Current CPR if applicable.
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements; must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home or residential setting according to the physician-ordered care plan.
- Care is delivered primarily in the patient’s home and may be transferred outside the home during appointments and activities the nurse accompanies the patient to.
