Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pullman, Washington. The PT will assess patients in their homes, develop care plans, and help patients improve mobility, safety, and independence.

The position offers a 40-hour work week, dayshift, and competitive weekly pay with lodging and meal allowances included. A valid WA PT license, 1 year of Home Health, and HCHB/OASIS experience are required.

Formación

• Active Washington PT license.
• Minimum 1 year Home Health experience.
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required.
• OASIS experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
