Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a Home Health contract in Everett, Washington. This 13-week assignment covers 40 hours per week with 8-hour day shifts and a designated territory of coverage, paid by the hour.

Eligible candidates are licensed in Washington, have OASIS and home health experience, and possess CPR certification and a valid U.S. driver's license. SHC offers comprehensive benefits, 401(k), CEU access, and round-the-clock support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
• CPR Certification or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
