Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a High Risk OB Ultrasound Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Winchester, MA. The role involves performing invasive and non-invasive obstetric imaging, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and delivering detailed findings to providers.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited Ultrasound Technology program, at least one year of relevant experience, and a current BLS certification. ARDMS/ARRT certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a High-Risk OB Ultrasound Tech.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Valid Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and adjusting patient treatment plans under the guidance of physicians or RRTs.
• Examine and interview patients with breathing and/or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Perform diagnostics tests, such as measuring lung capacity or collecting blood/sputum samples.
• Administer respiratory treatments, including aerosol medications and oxygen therapy.
• Set up and monitor equipment to ensure the patient is receiving the correct amount of oxygen at the correct rate.
• Observe and record patient status and progress.
• Educate patients and/or family members on how to properly take medication and use equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CRT practice.
