Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to travel extensively (70+%) and adapt to new environments and project teams.
OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
Facilitating communication between project team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Tracking project progress against the plan and creating regular status reports.
Overseeing RFIs, Submittals, and schedule updates.
Traveling to sites to meet with owners, inspectors, or subcontractors.
