Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking an HSE Safety Coordinator in Washington state to perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.

You will support operations by communicating and enforcing existing HSE programs and by conducting trainings and orientations for new hires. The role requires 75-85% travel and will involve coordinating safety across diverse project sites within Michels Pipeline, Inc.

Qualifications

• Power utility field experience preferred (5–10 years).
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals credentialing preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel frequently and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs.
• Lead meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
