Job summary

Griffin Fluid Management is seeking a Field Technician (Laborer) for full-time work installing and removing dewatering and treatment systems. The role involves heavy field tasks, travel up to 75–90%, and adherence to safety protocols on job sites and in yards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year related experience, a valid driver’s license, OSHA 10 certification, and TWIC card. CDL (Class A or B) is preferred. We offer full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in the United States.
• Pass required drug and background screens.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED, 0–1 year experience.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Travel willingness 75–90%, follow safety instructions.
• OSHA 10 Certification and TWIC Card required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload equipment and materials onto vehicles.
• Operate hand and power tools, pumps, and electrical equipment.
• Assist in site and yard organization and cleanup.
• Operate diesel hydraulic lifting equipment such as forklifts and skid steers.
• Follow SOPs and supervisor directions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers.
