Job summary

GEA Group in the United States seeks an Applications Engineer to advise customers on hygienic and aseptic valve and pump solutions for Food, Dairy and Beverage markets. You will prepare PID’s, cost sheets, and quotes, and work with global teams to align on technical details and project scope.

You will deliver technical presentations, train customers, and support the sales process across distributors and integrators, ensuring compliance and optimal application.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in application engineering and technical sales support.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Understanding of Fluid Dynamics and sanitary processing equipment.
• Experience with SAP-PEM, MS Office, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and partners on hygienic and aseptic valve and pump applications.
• Prepare PID’s, cost sheets, and quotes for end-customers and distributors.
• Coordinate with V&P teams in Germany and Switzerland on technical matters.
• Deliver sales presentations and provide training on hygienic technology.
