SPAR is growing our overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. Willing to travel for extended periods and work nights from 9pm to 6am. Must be willing to learn and know your way around a toolbox. Your traveling team will work inside home improvement retail chains, building, and dealing with heavy steel and pallet racking.

Becoming a Racking Team Member is a prerequisite for the Senior Lead position.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform physically demanding construction work
• Work overnight remodeling big box retail stores
• Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
• Move products between old and new pallet racking
• Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
• Engage in physical activity, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications :

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight from 9PM to 6AM
• Ability to follow instructions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 20 feet
• Repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools (own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic tools necessary for the job
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Personal cell phone and valid email address required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Appropriate work footwear required on-site
