Overview

SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team! We are hiring full-time laborers who are hardworking and reliable. The role involves travel for extended periods and working nights from 9 pm to 6 am. Candidates should be willing to learn and familiar with using tools. The team will work inside home improvement retail stores, building and handling heavy steel and pallet racking.

What You’ll Do

• Perform physically demanding construction work
• Remodel big box retail stores overnight
• Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
• Move products between old and new pallet racking
• Build and assemble retail shelving fixtures
• Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
• Engage in physical activity, lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
• Ability to follow directions on tagging, rotating, and placing products
• Comfort climbing ladders and working 20 feet above ground
• Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with basic hand and power tools (own safety gear required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Personal cell phone and valid email
• Professional appearance and appropriate work footwear
