Job summary

Integrated Health 21 in Chicago is seeking a Flu Nurse - PRN (Registered Nurse) to travel to corporate wellness events and administer vaccines as part of community programs. You will educate participants on possible adverse reactions, follow safety protocols, and ensure proper vaccine storage and documentation.

The role requires an active RN license, current BLS certification, and willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Maintain and present current nursing license in good standing.
• Maintain and present current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with corporate clients.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environments.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
• Experience in private clinics or public health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept delivered packages and ensure inventory is accounted for.
• Store and handle vaccines properly; document refrigeration details.
• Greet participants and guide them through the vaccination process.
• Follow standing orders to determine eligibility and administer vaccines.
• Observe for adverse reactions and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
• Maintain safety protocols and participate in yearly trainings.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication.
