Qualifications

• Maintain and present current nursing license in good standing.
• Maintain and present current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks without detailed supervision.
• Willingness to travel from site to site as necessary.
• Prior experience working in a private clinic or public health setting preferred.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technology ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet participant and provide instructions to complete the vaccination process.
• Follow standing orders to determine eligibility, draw up, and administer vaccine; observe participant for adverse reaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols as set by medical directives and regulations.
• Respond and assist to medical emergency situations, including CPR and coordination with emergency responders as needed.
• Participate in yearly training to stay current on vaccination protocols.
• Participate in compliance testing each year to maintain active employment status.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication.
• Accept delivered packages and ensure inventory is accounted for.
• Practice proper storage and handling of vaccines and document refrigeration details.
