Wayne area with a flexible schedule and $46/hour pay plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for FT and PT positions. You will deliver high‑quality resident care, support staffing needs, document changes, and enjoy benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana and minimum of 2+ years LTC nursing home experience.
• Willingness to travel locally (within ~50 miles).
