Signature Retail Services in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring Travel Fixture Installers for our Regional Remodel Team. This long-term travel role requires overnight installations and travel within the region and surrounding states.

You will install fixtures, rack systems, and store remodels, reading plans and planograms while collaborating with project teams to meet schedules and safety standards. We offer W-2 employment, competitive hourly pay, bi-weekly direct deposit, company-paid

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 6 hours
• Experience with fixture installation, pallet racking, cantilevers, remodel construction
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow project plans, planograms, and instructions
• Strong communication and problem-solving within a team
• Smartphone with communication/reporting capabilities
• Comfortable heights; physically demanding (50+ lbs)
• Forklift/Scissor lift experience or OSHA certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and maintain steel pallet racking and fixtures
• Complete fixture installations and store remodels per plans
• Inspect and replace damaged components and safety hardware
• Follow store layouts, planograms, and detailed work instructions

Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hr, DOE

Schedule: Primarily overnight project schedules

We're looking for dependable, hands-on professionals with experience in fixture installation, steel racking, store remodels, or new store construction who enjoy traveling and working as part of a fast-paced project team. This is a long-term travel position supporting overnight installation and remodel projects throughout your assigned region and surrounding states, with full travel details below.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain steel pallet racking systems and retail fixtures.
• Complete fixture installations, store remodels, modifications, and updates according to project plans and specifications.
• Inspect and replace damaged or improperly installed racking components, including beams, uprights, braces, anchors, and safety hardware.
• Read and follow store layouts, schematics, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment. Paid training and required certifications are provided.
• Merchandise and set product according to planograms and client specifications as needed.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to complete installations safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and completion details to project leadership.
• Complete required project documentation and reporting using web-based technology while following all company and client safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 6 hours to support project needs.
• Previous experience with fixture installation, pallet racking systems, cantilevers, and/or remodel construction.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and hands-on installation work.
• Capable of reading and following project plans, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills while working in a team environment.
• Working personal smartphone with call, text, email, and in-store reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable performing work at heights in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Forklift, Ballymore, and scissor lift experience and/or OSHA certification are preferred but not required. Training is provided!
• This is a physically demanding role that involves standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting 50+ pounds without assistance throughout the shift.
