Pro Spot International is seeking a motivated Field Service Associate to support preventive maintenance programs for national and corporate accounts. You will perform scheduled PMs, provide on-site or phone-based technical support, and help manage parts inventory and service records.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, communicates effectively, and can travel regularly within the territory. A high school diploma or technical degree, basic electrical knowledge, and strong tool skills are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in field service, maintenance, repair, or tech support, or a 2-year technical degree.
• Basic electrical concepts and safety awareness.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals and procedures.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to complete equipment training and competency tests.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and asset tracking on customer equipment.
• Provide on-site or telephone-based technical support to end-users.
• Assist with basic diagnostics and repairs of equipment.
• Maintain parts inventory and service records.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory; occasional travel outside as needed.
• Collaborate with PM and Corporate Account teams to schedule maintenance events.
