Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals.
• Must pass tests for each piece of equipment covered during training.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and upgrades on Pro Spot equipment.
• Work independently at customer locations and provide telephone support.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
