Job summary

Foodmate US. Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel up to 90% and support installed and new poultry processing systems. You will diagnose, repair, test, and debug electro-mechanical equipment and document service activities.

The role requires strong communication with customer staff and internal teams, safety compliance, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. A two-year technical background and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Two-years of technical trade or equivalent experience in installing, troubleshooting and/or repairing automated equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with reading electrical and machine drawings.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 90% to customer sites for installation, servicing, and repair.
• Troubleshoot poultry processing machines and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Document service and expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Train customers on operation and safety components of equipment.
