Metropolis in Orlando is hiring an Airline and Cruise Support Specialist to be the face of our Recognition Economy for travel partners. You will manage passenger check-in, verify travel documents, and resolve issues for cruise line representatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the check-in process for cruise passengers, ensuring travel documents are accurate and compliant.
• Answer technical requests, analyze issues quickly, and implement solutions to keep operations moving.
• Support cruise line representatives to ensure airline check-in services are provided efficiently and professionally.
• Use ticketing system to track requests, process emails, and escalate incidents when needed.
• Create and distribute daily reports to airlines, TSA, CBP, and other agencies with accuracy.
• Document resolutions to build a reusable knowledge base and improve processes.
• Provide follow-ups to keep representatives informed of new procedures and changes.
