Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Procurement, or related areas with program ownership.
• Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Travel & Expense program and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee spend governance and reporting, including cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage audit readiness, compliance objectives, and Escalations related to travel and expenses.
• Own SAP Concur platform governance, upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
• Maintain supplier relationships and drive vendor performance in travel programs.
• Lead training and enablement for employees and managers on T&E processes.
• Collaborate across Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT, HR, and Procurement on governance.
• Support executive travel and high-touch expense requests as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements and scalable workflows.
