We are seeking a dynamic and personable Traveling Event Facilitator to represent Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law at events across the United States. This role involves traveling to event locations to set up and facilitate case engagement experiences, supporting potential clients in real-time, and guiding them through the contract sign-up process. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced event environment.

This is a traveling position. When not traveling, the candidate would be on-site at their home office.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to scheduled events to manage the setup and facilitation of our consultation experiences.
  • Act as the primary on-site representative, ensuring a seamless and professional presentation of our services.
  • Guide prospective clients through our virtual consultation process, answering questions and addressing concerns with clarity and confidence.
  • Support clients in completing contract sign-ups, ensuring accuracy and a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to report feedback, track metrics, and share insights from each event.
  • Maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and service-driven presence at all events to enhance brand trust and engagement.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to virtual platforms and ensure all necessary technology functions run efficiently.
  • Assist with pre- and post-event logistics, including monitoring event registration, coordination with event staff, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, consultations, and activities in the firm's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide regular updates to management on performance, and ensure the proper use of systems to guarantee accurate reporting.
  • Support clients by collecting and processing documents or other direct client needs.
  • Oversee office tasks to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • All candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Must be fully bilingual- Spanish & English.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably working in an immigration law firm.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and someone who enjoys working directly with current and potential clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed targets and business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
