Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Bakersfield, CA. The role requires 1 year of ER experience, active RN license in good standing, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license per state regulations required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures and exams.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
