Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Travel ER RN (Emergency Department) for a Newark, Delaware assignment. The travel RN will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a busy ED, with a 25‑week duration, 36 hours per week, and night shifts.

Start on 10/06/2026, benefiting from a supportive clinical team and competitive travel compensation. This opportunity requires ER RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC credentials, with additional certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience
• Valid RN license in state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certification

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival and prioritize care
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED
• Document patient assessments, interventions and outcomes in EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Adhere to safety, infection control and regulatory standards
