Qualifications

• Must have RN license and active certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS).
• One year ER RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking required.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival and prioritize care.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications per ER protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs continuously.
• Document assessments and interventions in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
