Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Macomb, IL. This 13-week travel assignment requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts, offering an opportunity to work in a high-acuity Emergency Department.

Successful candidates will hold an active RN license, possess a nursing degree, and have 18 months of ED experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC may be required depending on the facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on position

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Deliver care for trauma and medical emergencies in the ED.
• Perform rapid assessment and triage to prioritize care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient care and safety.
